Pricing
 | We endeavor to keep our prices as low as possible. Our products are
hand made one at a time in Ripon, Wisconsin and so there is a great amount of labor involved. |
| Metal prices have risen and keep rising due to so much metal being sold to China. |
| We do normally charge a small handling fee. |
| We usually ship by UPS because their pricing seems most reasonable. If you prefer another shipping method, please let us know. |
Returns
| Custom orders are not refundable. We regret this, but a custom order is made specifically for an individual to his or her needs. |
| Returns must be approved within 10 days of receipt of your order and are
considered on a case by case basis.
For approval, please call the number at the top of the page. |
| A re-stocking fee for returns may apply. |
| If
you did not measure correctly or need a different size, we will be pleased to
alter your order so that it will fit your space. If you specified incorrect fasteners, we will be happy to send out new ones. In the case of large concrete anchors, there may be an additional cost. |
