Because we make so many custom items, we never know ahead of time, what the actual shipping costs will be.

Your orders generally goes through the following sequence if you are paying by credit card.

  1. We receive your order.

  2. It is fabricated.

  3. The order is boxed and weighed in the UPS program with the destination so that we can determine the shipping costs.

  4. We run your credit card for the order and the shipping and handling.

  5. We send the order on it's way.                                                                          Home

We ship by UPS ground unless you inform us otherwise.

Some of the lighter weight products, like 1 or 2 switch covers, we try to ship by US post office because when the package doesn't weigh much, the post  office is less expensive.

There are times when you may want 2nd Day UPS or Next Day UPS.  These seem to run double and triple what the Ground UPS does, so we encourage you to place your orders well in advance of needing them.

Those of you who prefer to have your orders sent to a US postal box, will have your orders shipped by the US mail because UPS does not deliver to those boxes.

So many companies base their shipping rates on the postal or UPS zone that is farthest from them and so their customers must pay the highest rate even though their actual shipping costs are less.

For those of you who elect to send a check, please include an extra $15 for the shipping if the order is not too heavy, or we will give you an estimate of the expected amount..

For very heavy orders, such as mirrors, floor lamps, yard signs, please include an extra $35.

If you have sent a check that is too high an amount for the shipping, we will reimburse you for the overage.  We will include the refund with your order.

If the amount was too low, we will bill you for the difference.
