My four "C" style 10x10 corbels came in a little while ago.  My contractor came yesterday to install them for me.  He was very impressed with the quality and style.  In fact, he asked for your website (which, of course, I provided to him) so that he could use you in future jobs.  He said that he'd never seen such nice iron corbels and when I told him what I'd paid for them, he said that was very reasonable...and for the quality and thickness, he thought that I would have paid more.  They pull my kitchen together nicely as they match the pot rack style.  I didn't want those 'fancy' wood corbels...and when I found these, I was very happy.  I wanted to keep things simple with clean lines...and your corbels are perfect. Thank you again...I will keep you in mind for my bathroom remodel.

The package arrived just now—looks great (2:20 pm Tuesday).  The package was opened but it looks like the parts are all here.  UPS called late yesterday afternoon to let me know they put the package on the wrong truck, and then had duplicated the tracking number with an item in New Philly Ohio.  (JUST AN FYI) So basically people in New Philly got the package on their back door and sent it to me.

The Davisons bought custom arrow curtain rods from us in the heavy 3/4" round rod.  We neglected to double check how the rods fit the brackets and so the rods would not sit as snugly as they should have.  We paid to have the brackets mailed back to us and fixed them.

Ms. Giganti originally ordered an 18" grape leaf towel bar but when she received it, it was too long for her available space.  She returned it to us and we made this shorter version for her.  In this case, we twisted lighter weight round rod rather than using the heavier rod that we normally use because with the shorter length, the heavier bar overpowered the leaves.

Mr. Truchon sent us his own saw blade to be cut and it can be seen on our Custom Orders 3 page.  Our answer to his question about the moose fireplace tools was a resounding "Yes!"  We have also suggested to him a moose antler (made of metal) wood rack.
